We have represented the complete line of Concord
products since 1982, with offices in both Calgary and Edmonton.
Our services include supply, installation, maintenance and
modernization of commercial and
residential elevators, wheelchair
lifts and stair chairs - and we are a non-union shop.
We have our own installers on staff - the work is never sub-contracted.
Our installation staff consists of a Construction Manager
who works under the direction of an owner/engineer who has
been in the elevator industry for 36 years. He is assisted
by our Construction Supervisor who is a licensed elevator
journeyman, adjuster and trainer - who has been in the elevator
industry for over 40 years. Our installers are not only factory-trained
but also receive on-going, on-site training through our Alberta
operation. In addition, the insallers will usually have an
assistant with them - he is a permanent member of our staff
who is a "journeyman-in-training". We will be happy
to provide a list of customers who can attest to the quality
of workmanship we provide, especially during the installation
which is such a key component to the life-long operation of
the equipment.
Both our sales and field staff are thoroughly familiar with
safety code requirements having to do with all aspects of
the job - those of the general contractor or builder, the
electrician as well as the elevator contractor. We do not
sell or service home health care products - our entire operation
is geared to the construction, maintenance and repair of elevators
and accessibility lifts. In addition, our sales staff are
specially trained not only in the technical aspects of elevator
equipment, but also in the highly individual and unique needs
of our customers.
