Dear Sirs:

It has now been nearly nine months since we at St. Andrew's Anglican Church dedicated our new addition and elevator.

We looked at various types of lifts and elevators, and finally chose Concord Elevator as the supplier and the model Orion as our choice.

 From the beginning we found Concord to be most helpful in explaining the operation of the Orion and subsequently answering the many questions involved with its construction and use.  From the intial stages of discussion to the first trip on the elevator, we found all employees of Concord to be prompt, polite, attentive to our concerns, and above all, most desirous that the elevator work properly and that we were happy customers.

We look forward to a long and satisfactory relationship with Concord and its employees in the ensuing years.
